The Finished Work


 'Till to JESUS' work you cling
By a simple faith,
"Doing” is a deadly thing ―
"Doing" ends in death.
Cast your deadly "doing" down ―
Down at Jesus' feet;
Stand "in Him," in Him alone,
Gloriously "complete

  1. I liked this simple little poem. Especially the thought about "Doing" being deadly when there is no faith in Jesus' finished work on the cross. Can you tell me who this poem was writen by? Thank you for posting it!
