Hummus Recipe


Hummus

  • 1 16 oz. can or 1 1/2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
  • juice of one lemon or1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • dash of cayenne
Blend in a food processor until smooth. Enjoy as a spread or dip with vegetables, warm pita chip, or toast.
