Hummus Recipe
Hummus
1 16 oz. can or 1 1/2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
juice of one lemon or1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbs. olive oil
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
2 cloves of garlic
dash of cayenne
Blend in a food processor until smooth. Enjoy as a spread or dip with vegetables, warm pita chip, or toast
