This post contains a short passage from 1Thessalonians among some pictures I took of a freshly opened Bachelor's Button blossom a few weeks ago. I love these verses for their preciseness and simplicity. I need to be reminded oft that these are commands from the LORD and not just suggestions.
"Rejoice evermore."
"Pray without ceasing."
"In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."

It is so easy to read verses like these and not really even think of them as commands.This is a good reminder. Very pretty pictures!!
Beautiful! Corn flowers are one of my absolute favorite flowers; especially blue ones. And the verses are convicting, thank you for sharing!
