This is my fancy new pasta machine. My sweet, sweet husband surprised me with this for my birthday. It's beautiful! He bought this fancy pasta drying wrack, too.
I have rolled out noodles with a rolling pin for years. I always thought it would be so nice to have a pasta machine. The job is so easy and kinda fun with my new pasta machine. I have been making a lot of chicken and noodles. I think I might actually be in danger of making my family sick of noodles. ;)
This is the noodle recipe that I always use: Homemade Noodles. You don't have to have a pasta machine if you want to try them.

Nice! I enjoyed seeing the video tutorial you made. That was sweet of your husband to buy that for you. There's nothing quite like the flavor of homemade noodles!
I am happy you finally have a pasta machine! :) It was very thoughtful of him to get this for you! I remember years ago you telling me how you wanted one, and I had tried looking for awhile, but they were too expensive for me at the time.
Thank you! I am grateful!
Aww! It is so sweet that you were thinking about getting one for me.
I haven't even looked up to see what it cost (I am afraid the price would spoil my excitement) but I saw a pasta machine at an Amish store a couple month ago and I think it was in the upper $80's or $90's. Very expensive, in other words.
I really enjoyed watching the tutorial. It's great that you make homemade noodles. I have never tried making noodles, but I feel encouraged by your video to give it a try. I don't have a pasta machine, so I'd make them by hand. -Alyssa
Thank you leaving a comment, Alyssa! You should give homemade noodles a try. Most people really enjoy them. :)
